Above the pretty village of Saint Pons, halfway between Montélimar and Aubenas, the Mère Biquette restaurant looks forward to hosting you in exceptional surroundings between vines and chestnut trees in the heart of the most authentic part of the Ardèche.
Walk through a herd of nanny goats to discover gourmet cooking (Awarded two “marmites” by the Logis de France) in a friendly environment with superb views over the valley.
The restaurant menu
The menu changes regularly. It features specialities from the Ardèche and bistronomic cooking.
Pauline also concocts every day a market menu exclusively based on fresh and all “homemade” products.
The half-board option at €38/person/day is offered to hotel guests: it includes the daily menu and breakfast.
The Ardèche is an exceptional place to source good, fresh produce from local environmentally-friendly suppliers. One of our missions is to highlight the know-how of our local producers.
Reception
We are open
at lunch-time from Noon to 1.30pm
and for dinner from 7.30 to 8.30pm.
Closing
The restaurant is closed
on Tuesday evenings
and for lunch on Wednesdays.
Booking
We strongly recommend that you book at least 24 hours ahead to make the most of a pleasant moment and the unique views.
